Tim and his team have performed beyond measure! The level of thoughtfulness and care and professionalism has been unbearable out loud by any other mortgage broker I have ever worked with. I bought and sold eight homes, and done numerous refi‘s on this house. I have never had an experience that was as smooth, quick and pain-free as this experience has been, thank you Tim!

We just closed on our first home with Neo Home Loans. Working with Tim, Cassie and the rest of the team was amazingly smooth and they made the entire process seem really easy. We had shopped around a lot, had done approximately 6-7 pre-approvals. We decided to go with Tim because he always figured out a way to say yes to the properties which were a bit unique. He and his team are great with communications. They are very knowledgeable and responded to all our questions/emails within hours if not immediately during the entire process. They were very willing to hop on a quick Zoom call to walk us through anything complex. This was very important to us. Love how organized they were and have check-in meetings during the process milestones. They will get to know you and work with you at the level you are, be it completely new to the process or seasoned or somewhere in-between. The level of service they provide is unparalleled in this industry. They were also the only lender that gave me complete confidence that they will be able to close in time (21days!). Closing in such short time helped make our offer competitive. Once we were under contract, there were no surprises, random panicked calls or any anxious situations. The comparative tool that helps you see scenarios side by side when you are shopping around to our personalized site for the buyers and us to access to apps like Homebinder after you close. Tim, Cassie, and the whole team made sure we stayed informed on our progress at every step of the way. They clearly communicated everything but also didn't overwhelm with unnecessary contact or information. We were able to ask any and all questions we had and get advice and see options set against each other for comparison. All around, we knew we were in highly knowledgeable hands, felt we could trust the team to keep everything moving for us and to be done expertly, and simply felt cared for every step of the way!
