Tim, Cassie, and Kelly were extremely helpful, kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I've alway heard the loan process can be brutal, but they made it painless. They were clear with what they needed and were encouraging every step of the way. It was clear they had my family's back and wanted what was best for us. And they delivered big time! Tim and his team were incredible. My husband and I knew very little about the mortgage/closing process, and Tim not only walked us through the entire time, but he was also instrumental in our winning the bid on our house - and we were outbid by 50 Grand. He knew we really wanted the house and he went out of his way to do what he could to make that happen. That's not something Nancy or Humphrey at the bank would do for you. They might offer you a free peppermint, but that would still probably be more for their own benefit than for yours. Tim's team also worked hard to close in under 30 days so we could get out of our rental before the end of the month. That saved us thousands. Above all, Tim is a genuine and caring guy - and he's in the MONEY LENDING BUSINESS!!! He went into it because he couldn't stand that the only way so many people could get a house was to work with trolls! In summary, need a loan? Tim's your guy.

Going into the house buying market I was extremely anxious and didn't have any knowledge of the process at all. Though the current market meant getting outbid on every offer we were attempting to put in- Tim was right there to answer all of my endless questions and create as strong an offer as possible every single time. Every time I had a difficult question or needed some help, Tim would answer promptly and even setup a call+screen share to go over our options together. Not only is Tim and his team knowledgeable- they work fast! All in all, my house buying experience was very pleasant which was not at ALL what I was expecting. I have refinanced many times with properties I own. It always seems to be a convoluted and repetitive process submitting and handling documents for reviewing and signing. Tim and his team made this so simple with their secure documents website, digital signatures, and constantly in contact with emails and texts, guiding my wife and I through the process. At the time of closing, my own agent said he was one of the best mortgage agents she had worked with in her career. It was also helpful to have him be local as he could specifically speak to which areas were appraising and which were not. He also made the process painless by taking the time to explain all the the different ways of financing the home and all the legal jargon that is involved in taking out a loan. If you're looking for someone who is attentive, detail oriented, and client focused, Tim is your guy.
